Kevin Wow, this has been a rotten week, that’s for sure. The only good thing about it is that it ended. Weekend time’s upon us once again, and now that the farmers’ market is over for the season, that means my weekend plans will be different. My mom died suddenly yesterday morning, so I’ll be dealing with some things for awhile, working on my e-book, and continuing to look for another remote job. Something’s gotta turn up for me that’ll pay me something I can live on. Six months of job hunting, with the past 3 slamming the pedal to the metal with no luck, I’m beyond fucking SICK of this!

This recipe seems to lend itself to modifications. Whole wheat flour isn’t part of my diet anymore, but I do have some almond flour knocking around in the pantry. I may have to try that or the other flour I’ve got and report back at some point.
