It’s Fri-yay, Fri-yay, gotta get down on Fri-yay! Sry not sry, couldn’t pass up a chance to do that. We all know what that means in any case: weekend time’s upon us once again. It’s time to talk weekend plans. For me, I’m probably gonna just knock around the neighborhood, other than go over to the farmer’s market. This job is taking more outta me than I thought it would w/ the 60-hour workweek, and I stayed late today as a solid to get some stuff done in the classroom.

I’m not sure what, if any, my next steps are gonna be. It all depends on the answers I get to some questions I have.

Anyways, ’nuff about me. How ’bout you? What’re your weekend plans? I’d love to hear all about it, so drop it all like it’s hawt, and let’s get this party started!

To ring in the weekend, I got us some links to talk about, share, what have you.

I wanna make these blueberry-lemon muddy buddies sometime. The batch I made is starting to taste a bit stale, but it’s still edible, haha.

I sorta remember seeing something about Rocco DiSpirito on TV back in college, and I’d love to try the meatloaf and the shirataki soup sometime. This almost makes me wish I liked fish, which I don’t, haha.

Remember that Grimace shake everyone and their damn dog was talking about? Pepperidge Farm remembers. Anyways, I had no plans to ever try it, since I don’t care for the golden arches anymore, and haven’t for a long time. I found this copycat recipe I’d love to try out, though. Also, many thanks for your service!

I used to make this cowboy corn dip recipe like all the time years ago. I oughta make it again for old time’s sake. BTW, many thanks for y’alls service to our country too!

As a heads-up, I rarely talk politics on here, since this ain’t the place for it. Anyways, before I left work, it came on the radio on my headphones that Dianne Feinstein has died at 90 years old.

In other news, we also lost David McCallum, aka Ducky Mallard from NCIS. I also remember him from that one Titanic documentary that aired on A&E when I was a kid.

I came across this great post about Miss Everlene Davis, an educator who started teaching in the 1950s, and it’s all history from there. Almost 70 years in teaching!

Even though it’s a sad truth in life that there are scammers out there willing to prey on someone in a crappy place, no one group or community’s immune to it, and business coaches are no exception. I’ve never had a business coach, nor have I ever been in the market for one, but it’s beyond shitty when someone takes advantage of aspiring business owners.

Nothing worse than a bunch of petty pisspots who’ll stop at nothing to undermine someone who basically just saved their asses w/ that deal the OP got for the company. Whoever you are, OP, I’m so sorry they did you like that, and I hope you’ve moved on to a better company since you wrote this!
